University of Pennsylvania Capital Campaign Launch

This University of Penn event was a spectacular gala for 1500 high profile guests. The challenge of this event was engineering and executing a high end production with two large wide screen production displays in two large temporary tent-like structures. ASP provided ambient, décor and stage lighting for one main and four auxiliary stages as well as audio for a variety of entertainment acts. In the center, ASP provided a suspended six-sided video screen.

The Liberty Medal Award Ceremony

A made-for-TV event held on the lawn of the National Constitution Center that is broadcast live on local and national television and online outlets. Advanced Staging Productions provides design assistance and execution of the staging, scenic, lighting, audio and video. Our task is to provide a high quality TV program while still considering the live audience. Multiple presentations and live musical acts culminate in the presentation of The Liberty Medal followed by a gala celebration inside on the Grand Overlook.

Flight Center Awards

Advanced Staging Productions worked with a New York production company to inaugurate the Flight Center. In ensuing years, our relationship has continued and we have been called on to partner again and again. This awards event had powerful light show, video and a high octane sound system to deliver a true awards gala experience.

Arts and Business Council Annual Luncheon

An elegant yet high energy event that intersperse awards presentations with a variety of entertainment culminating in the presentation of The Anne D’Harnoncourt Award for Artistic Excellence to a prominent national artist. ASP helps to develop, design and execute all elements of the event including scenic and technical production.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation

Annual fundraising dinner with silent and live auction, with live entertainment. Advanced Staging Productions helped develop and execute fabric-based scenic and lighting design, line array sound system for national talent, two screens with digital switching of video playback, graphics and live camera image magnification.

Susquehanna Health Systems Grand Opening Event

Advanced Staging Productions was asked to develop, design and execute all the technical production and scenic elements of a Grand Opening event at the new Susquehanna Tower. In conjunction with Perfection Events, Advanced Staging Productions provided the lighting and video support for an incredible event featuring a live artist painting and a production of an opening video including pixel mapping on multiple surfaces.
