DESCRIPTION:
Advanced Staging Productions worked with the University of Pennsylvania staff and a team of outside vendors to help produce a spectacular gala for 1500 high profile guests. The ability to engineer and execute a high end production in two large temporary structures was the challenge. ASP provided ambient, décor and stage lighting for one main and four auxiliary stages as well as audio for a variety of entertainment acts. The centerpiece was a six-sided video screen suspended above the main stage with different elements on each screen through the Encore Presentation System. Two large wide-screen projection displays flanked each end of the tent as well. Sources and programming included four cameras and multiple video and graphic elements.
