Big Success with Big Screen
When the Thomas Jefferson Foundation wanted to do something different and memorable for the latest Annual Awards Gala held at the Philadelphia Downtown Marriott in October 2007, the director of special events turned to Advanced Staging Productions. Advanced responded by adding a new and exciting element for this event: a wide screen and the Barco Encore presentation system. The wide screen offered a unique palette for graphics and presentations as well as a spectacular backdrop for image magnification. This combination added a sense of immediacy and brought the presenters and honorees closer to the audience. With programmable LED lights setting the mood, each segment of the program was awash in a variety of different colors, creating drama and captivating the audience throughout the evening.
