From Classrooms to Ballrooms Superlative Staging
Advanced headed to Orlando to provide the audio, video, and lighting systems that would help motivate and inspire a global sales team participating in a weeklong national sales meeting, which included a general session and four business unit meetings held within the same site. Advanced partnered with a production company in designing and developing the scenic and lighting, and Advanced engineers and technicians handled all on-site lighting, audio, and video in each room, providing different lighting designs for each element and using multi-camera shoots, multiple screen sets, and large venue audio with corporate theatre. After three days of set-up and rehearsal and four days of meetings, the Advanced team of two project managers and a great crew of more than 50 technicians made it all happen...with great results!
