Sales Meeting’s Success is Loud
and Clear
Advanced Staging Productions once again provided the audio, video, and lighting systems for a global sales team’s weeklong national sales gathering, which included a general session each day supplemented by business unit meetings. This year, Advanced created a unique, multi-scenic set and lighting design to add energy and interest to the keynote presentations, awards, and Hollywood Squares-style game show that took place on the same stage during the week. By using the wide screen Encore Presentation system for background graphics and video playback, Advanced delivered a fast-paced show with a new look each day that successfully engaged all attendees. Advanced also provided the audio and video needed to support the business unit meetings and breakouts. Overall technical design and support for the four-day show kept the crew and management on their toes, and the outcome was great—another successful meeting that reinvigorated the sales force for another successful year.
